"We don't so much solve our problems as we outgrow them. We add capacities and experiences that eventually make us bigger than the problems,"

-Carl Jung

You've built something remarkable. And you're exhausted in a way that success and family life can’t fix.

You're a woman leader, founder, or professional, accomplished and capable, the one everyone turns to. In your professional relationships, especially with other women, something keeps happening that you can't strategy your way out of. You replay conversations at midnight. You shrink when you meant to stand tall. You people please when you meant to lead. You wonder who is going to leave your team. You wonder — why do I feel so insecure and anxious about this?

When we gently go under the surface for you, you’re carrying something that doesn't have a name yet. Nurturance feels like a something you fantasize about. Wise and loving maternal support hasn’t been abundant on your path. Receiving unconditional care sounds right, but not for you.

As you mother your own children or nurture others in your life, your past is alive and the reality of

being quietly unmothered reveals itself.

Not because your mother necessarily died, but because she was never quite there; physically present but emotionally absent, or lost to you through estrangement, through reasons not fully understood or diagnosed, or through a relationship that quietly broke and was never repaired. You became a mother, a leader, a caretaker of everyone around you, without ever being fully held yourself. And that loss lives in everything.

This is ambiguous loss. It has no funeral, no closure, no language and most people around you don't fully understand why it still hurts. But it lives in your body, your relationships, your leadership, and your sense of self in ways that are profound and quietly devastating.

Maybe you became a mother yourself without ever feeling truly mothered. Maybe you're leading other women while privately aching for someone to lead you — to hold you, see you, tell you you're doing enough.

You are not too much. You are not broken. You are unmothered. And that is something we can work with together.

This is my wheelhouse.

I work with women leaders, founders, and professionals who are high-functioning on the outside and have reached a point where all they know is they want support — somehow, someway.

Using Relational EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based work, we go beneath the surface — to where the real answers live. This work is not only psychological. It is somatic, spiritual, and relational — honoring the whole of who you are, not just the parts that are easiest to name.

Not just coping strategies. Not just boundary scripts. Real change. In how you relate to yourself, to other women, and to the life you're building.

You already know this is about something deeper.

You're right. And you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

If you relate to some of this, welcome. Let’s talk. First of all, you’re not alone. Second of all, how about some support just for YOU. Feeling ready enough to say “YES” to yourself for an hour per week? Want to get to the heart of what is happening for yourself? This is my wheelhouse, the intersection of your professional role, personal challenges and tending to YOU. We will help you come home to your self. Together we collaborate to support you in reducing anxiety and fear, while increasing your sense of security and confidence, feeling taken care of from within.
